Ronda Adamic

Administrative Assistant
Professional Development

“Our approach to learning has to evolve to reach today’s generation of students. I like the strides that we help make with new teaching techniques and keeping teachers informed…and I like being able to help people reach their professional goals.”

Coming from a family of teachers and principals, Ronda was drawn to CTL’s commitment to helping educators improve learning for all students. She brings to her work a wealth of experience in education and the arts. A self-described “jack-of-all-trades,” Ronda served for nine years as office manager and leadership team member at a residential care and education facility for at-risk teenagers. She supported a staff of 40, plus 60 students, in a remote area of North Carolina where she tackled technological and other challenges. As part of her work there, Ronda participated in a summit to determine how to align experiential learning with state-mandated core content and curriculum standards. She also worked for many years as a graphic artist, and played guitar and sang in a rock band. Ronda still plays and sings, and sometimes accompanies her daughter, who is also a musician.

At CTL, Ronda supports the work of educational program consultants and senior staff on a variety of projects.  She coordinates meetings, travel arrangements and other logistics for CTL professional development activities, including our work as a partner in the Regional Education Laboratory (REL)-Appalachia.

Ronda attended Southwest Missouri State University, and Harding University in Arkansas.
