Content Literacy in Higher Education
CTL is working with the Bay de Noc Community College in Michigan and Martin Community College in North Carolina to develop and implement instructional strategies to boost the literacy skills of community college students. The work with Bay de Noc and Martin is modeled on CTL's work in Kentucky with the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
