The Collaborative is quickly gaining a reputation as a well positioned, capable organization able to accomplish complex projects in the service of other organizations. For example, following are projects that have been completed, or are currently under way, being conducted by the Collaborative on behalf of other organizations.

Kentucky Department of Education
The Collaborative is currently working with the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) on a project to build the reflection and professional growth capacity of Kentucky teachers. This work is primarily accomplished through development of a teacher reflection tool that will be piloted and used with Kentucky teachers to support their understanding of best practice and their ability to accurately reflect on their own professional learning needs.

Kentucky Arts Council
The Collaborative is currently working with Kentucky Arts Council staff on the design and implementation of new standards-based continuous assessment practices. The Collaborative has partnered with the Kentucky Arts Council on the design and implementation of the School-Community Arts Partnership Planning grants, a grant category to enable schools and local arts and cultural organizations to co-develop plans for the infusion of the arts in education. The Collaborative has also worked on the planning of early childhood arts education initiatives.

Kentucky Center for the Arts and the Education, Arts and Humanities Cabinet
The Collaborative conducted a program evaluation study of the Kentucky Governor's School for the Arts that provided specific recommendations for expansion and improvements that will guide decision-making over the next several years.

Kentucky Educational Television
The Collaborative has worked on multiple projects with Kentucky Educational Television (KET). Currently the Collaborative is working with KET on an evaluation of the Arts Toolkit, a new teacher resource to assist in the integration of the arts in daily instruction. Past projects with KET have included the development of content and design of teacher professional development seminars delivered via KET's Star Channel, and the development of teacher materials and video "electronic field trips" to the J. B. Speed Art Museum and the Kentucky Center for the Arts.
