The Collaborative for Teaching and Learning (CTL) takes your privacy seriously. This policy covers how CTL treats personal information that it collects and receives from you.

Information Collection and Use

When visiting CTL's website, information about your browser type, OS, and the domain from which you came are collected for purposes of gauging website usage over time.  Except for what you chose to submit to us, no personally identifiable information is collected.  Any information that you do share with us is only used in aggregate to determine whether improvements can be made to the website or to other CTL services, or to present you with special offers or periodic information.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

CTL does not, and will not, rent, sell, or share personally identifiable information about you with other people or companies.

Representations or warranties with regard to linked websites

CTL does not endorse, support, sanction, or verify information or material that is contained in websites that are linked to its website, or to any newsletters or other forms of electronic communications officially published and disseminated by CTL. Every step is taken by CTL to obtain information from sources believed to be reliable, but their content cannot be guaranteed. Unless otherwise indicated, CTL has no affiliation with any of these organizations, and it makes no representations or warranties with regard to the accuracy of their information, or the quality of their services or products.

Removal

You have the ability to be removed from any email list CTL manages. Simply send an email to unsubscribe@ctlonline.org and tell us what you'd like us to do. In the case of subscribing to, or unsubscribing from, CTL's free NCLBrief newsletter, click subscribe/unsubscribe.

Updates to this Policy

CTL reserves the right to update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes to our policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
