Critical to our success in working with schools and other learning
organizations is the quality of interaction between our staff and
the individuals with whom we work. The Collaborative continues to
build a staff of professionals able to accurately identify needs,
co-create a range of possible solutions and implement effective
tools and strategies for successful results.
The staff of the Collaborative includes individuals with broad experiences
in a wide variety of related fields and professions. The executive
and education program staff averages 21 years experience as classroom
educators and includes expertise in comprehensive, whole school
reform, standards-based teaching and learning, early childhood development,
continuous progress, arts in education, multiple intelligences,
curriculum alignment and assessment design, teacher professional
development and external coaching.
